Shipping
Items purchased from our online shop can be picked up in-store or delivered via Canada Post (nation-wide, 1-7 business days) or a major third-party shipping service (e.g. Canpar, FedEx, Purolator, Dicom, etc.) We strive to ship your purchase within two business days and will contact you with the tracking information once the package is handed over to Canada Post or third-party shipper. Whenever possible, local orders will be hand delivered by a local courier service or a member of the Love Me Do team(!).
Ontario
Free Shipping is only available for purchases over $79 (before taxes) to be delivered to an address within Ontario*. Orders that are to be shipped outside of Ontario are subject to shipping costs as quoted.
*Note - the following Ontario postal codes are not eligible for the Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping offer: J0T, P0J, P0L, P0T, P0V, P0W, P0X, P0Y, P5N, P8T, P8N, P9A, P9N
Same-Day Local Delivery (boundaries are, approximately, south of St Clair, west of Coxwell and east of Royal York) is available on orders placed before 12 p.m., Monday to Friday. FREE if your order is over $79.
Outside Ontario
Due to a higher cost of shipping, Flat Rate Shipping is not eligible on orders to "remote area" postal codes, as determined by Canada Post. Please click here for the full list. Should your shipping address fall within this list, we will contact you to determine the lowest shipping cost we are able to find for your location.
US customers are responsible for all shipping costs as well as any duty, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier. The minimum delivery charge for shipping in the US is $15. If it is going to cost more we will contact you prior to shipping out your order.
Items purchased from a registry can be delivered to the event address if such date and location have been indicated by the registrant at the time of the registry’s creation. Please indicate the registrant's full name in the "Comment" field during checkout.
*Please note some items are not eligible for shipping outside of Canada. These items include but are not limited to car seats, furniture and some strollers. We will reach out as soon as possible to advise of additional shipping charges for your consideration and approval.
Exchanges & Returns
Sorry, no refunds on any in-store purchases. Exchanges and store credit only on unused, unworn and unopened items (tags still on and original packaging and seals intact, if any) within 14 days from original date of purchase. Original or gift receipt required.
Due to hygienic and/or safety reasons, the following items/categories of items cannot be returned or exchanged: car seats, strollers, teethers, pacifiers, bathing items, feeding items, diapers, swim diapers, breast pumps and accessories, personal care products, and intimates including nursing tops.
Online purchases (with the exception of items from the aforementioned categories and sale/clearance items) can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days from the day the item was delivered. If you wish to return an item please email us at info@lovemedobaby.com with your reason for exchange or return and we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
Upon receipt of returned item, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) less the actual cost of shipping and handling that was incurred by Love Me Do Baby & Maternity. In the event of a return, all shipping costs are the responsibility of customer including the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the items. Love Me Do Baby & Maternity is not responsible for loss or damage in shipping items back to us and retains the right to assess a restocking charge (up to full purchase value) if the product is returned damaged or missing parts.
Alternatively, you can return any merchandise purchased online at our retail location with a copy of the receipt.
*All international orders and all sale items (purchased in-store or online) are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.*
As we are charged per transaction through Shopify and they do not refund transaction fees, orders that are made in error and cancelled prior to shipping may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review your cart and personal information BEFORE submitting your order.
